Introducing the Artful Vagabonds

Welcome!

This is a story, told in snippets according to our time, energy, interest, and whim, about the adventures of Nicole and me (Frank) as we set off on a new chapter in our lives, a journey the purpose of which we won’t know for a while yet.

This story began more two years ago.  We had been through some difficult times and were in the process of reinventing our lives and creating a new start for ourselves.  We had made up our minds to sell the farm and move into town.  Then one day I watched a truck and trailer drive by and I said to Nicole “You know, we could do that”.  She liked the idea.

It was harder than we expected to prepare for it, and there have been many unexpected obstacles to overcome.  Our farm sold last November.   We thought we’d be travelling by now, but instead we wait for repairs to the trailer and my laptop, and the final installation of our solar power equipment.   We are close though.  Soon it will begin for real.
